The hat was a gift for my average 6 foot tall son who spends most of the day outside. This is a very nice balaclava made of very good material and can be worn in many ways. This is a great product but works very hard. Perhaps a large size would suit the owners of a full beard, my son is clean-shaven, so the side of the face will not cover his face no matter how hard he tries. It's not good at all to keep your face warm.
