Disappointed Best in Quilts & Sets

We put this on my daughter's new bed at 8-21 (Friday) and tonight at 8-25 when I put her to bed I saw it was torn in 2 places. This is frustrating as it was her first big bed for a girl. It's also disappointing for the amount of money we paid for it. I'm not sure how to proceed with a corporate refund or replacement. I plan to investigate. My daughter loves this bedspread, so unfortunately not very good quality!
