I like that we can manage our employees through this system so easily, it's very easy to use for us! It is also great about sending out reminders of events or appointments with important personnel as well. The only thing i dislike sometimes when using their live chat feature you have to remember who has logged into what at which time because some people forget they are online from work but still receive messages. This helps me keep track of everything related to my business since its been able touse this software along side google calendar. The ease of tracking vehicle mileage, reporting to both internal staff as well as external suppliers (including our insurance provider), no more running around town with paperwork! It's great that we can keep track of everything from vehicle servicing history right through till end-of-life when vehicles need replacing or disposal. Nothing really - it does exactly what I expected & nothing else which is ideal for me!
