Beautiful, perfect color and designs, however the rose gold looks slightly different

The color of the stainless steel rose gold is different from the product picture and the words on the stethoscope bell are also different in style and color of words.
The item advertised looks richer than the actual product. So, is my rose gold real gold? My received product is lighter in color? Why?Designer, please get in touch with me even though the product is still beautiful, looks different! Thanks
