I received a box of beautiful colorful embroidery threads and was ready to start the project. After removing the protective plastic cover, I searched the spool for the beginning of the line. Knowing there must be a key to finding the ending, I emailed the support team, support@embsewsupplies.com (the email was included on the thank you note that came with the order). Within two hours I received a reply with the following tips and a picture - my email was sent at 8:30pm. I quickly found the end. "We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. If you look at the next photo of the pattern, you can see that the starting yarn [thread] is obviously laying on top of the other yarn [thread]. But it may be more noticeable with solid color than variegated color, we have two more tips from our users that may help to find the starter: 1) Use an elastic band [rubber band?] to thread it through the spool , to facilitate pulling starter. 2) Use tape to pull out the starter. (Please note that our starter is usually located on the bottom of the coil). If you need further help, you can always contact us.
