Nice to touch, draw less.

If you're like me, you want to use your iPad primarily for drawing. I've tried many screen protectors hoping to find one that mimics the slightly frosted etched glass of a real graphics tablet. When it comes to that particular criterion, I feel like this screen protector is terribly wrong. Compared to other iPad screen protectors I've tried, the roughness and resistance it generates is on a different level. You can feel every bump on its heavily textured surface, and it's incredibly frustrating to use an Apple Pencil. I like this feeling so much that the same day I installed it I wanted to take it off and buy another protector. I did not do it. The texture of this screen protector is comfortable to the touch. All that texture, which makes it terrible for an Apple Pencil, makes it great for fingertips. This is a screen protector that I just love to touch. So I decided to try pen cases, hoping they would make the drawing process a little more bearable.
