I bought it in May 2020 and have been using it ever since. On the plus side, it holds 30 ounces but still fits in the cup holder in my car. Metal straw, comes with straw cleaning brushes. cold. I live in Florida and left it in the car a few hours early. The ice in my drink was completely intact. I would say the longest time I had was 8 hours. I also take it to the beach and it keeps everything cold. I did not check hot. Cons: The seal to hold the lid is crap. If it's in the wrong place, the lid will break off or spill easily. The seal moves instead of locking in place. Bottom line: I love it, but wish they had used a better lid gasket.
