I've been using this bag for a few weeks and I love it. I've brought back the EDC bag that many tacticians and backpack lovers have had at the top of their bucket list for a few years. After 2 years I finally upgraded my everyday backpack and was disappointed by all the hype. I returned the $225 bag and a few things I wanted to put in it. Excellent quality! The only thing I wanted to change was the zippers. I didn't like sounding like a man with a lot of change in his pocket. I contacted support about an issue I was having and I got an automated reply saying I should have a reply in 2 days and I figured that was the default. Within an hour I had several messages/emails with a customer service representative and my issue was resolved quickly. I recommend not only this bag but also this seller. I absolutely love the seller!
