Only suitable for small kittens

They are well made and look great BUT they are suitable for kittens or very small dogs with a small neck of around 8 pounds or less. Very beautiful and high quality, but they are for small animals. The collar is too tight for my normal sized cat. This is suitable for my other kitty who is older and thin. :)
