I have now tried three flavors of Trutein Naturals. Dark chocolate was my last favorite but was still good. The vanilla is very good and the cinnabar is great. I know some people are put off because it's not the cheapest protein out there, but it's the best for my needs. I also appreciate that Body Nutrition is a veteran US company and that turtein (not so much natural) has some pretty amazing flavors like Lemon Meringue, Eggnog, Mocha, and Shamrock Shake, which are a blend of whey protein, casein, and egg white contain . it is important to me. So many people don't seem to understand why their serum isn't universal. When I know I'm going to be away for a while, I want something that will fill me up and provide the protein I need, as well as slower digesting protein so I can stay at my best until my next meal.
