Lovely cape to match the dress
I thought it was a cute cape and I understand how other reviewers could underestimate it by not wearing it properly. It has two straps so you can tie it in the back. Yes, the back is mostly open, and yes, the front has a deep V-neckline. So if you buy something different than what you should, you might be disappointed. Otherwise it was perfect for our trip to Cancun!
