The best thing I like about this software is its ability to connect to most of my applications. This makes it easy for me to have access to all information. A little confusing at first, but once you know how to use it, it's very simple. As a small business owner, we use this software to track our sales and expenses. We've been able to keep an accurate accounting of what has happened in the past and predict future trends. I like that it can be used as a stand alone tool or linked with CRM for sales automation. The interface could use some work. In my experience, it’s been a little buggy at times. However, this has improved over time. We are using bizenficiency for our Salesforce integration. This helps us track leads through the funnel. We also have a number of customized forms that we use on a weekly basis.
