I ordered a size up because I was under the impression they ran a bit small. That was not the case. The shirts could have been smaller except that was my mistake. My son typically wears 18 months so I purchased 18-24 months and it was big on him. I washed in hot water & still big. That ok, room to grow. So far I have washed 3 times and still holding up. Great deal for the price.
