Comes folded in upon itself, making a nice, neat, flat bundle. Problem is, I'm never going to be able to refold it into its original shape. It is a nice bag for traveling, large enough that it pushes the overhead carryon luggage limits. It's coated with a rubber-like material, making it obviously waterproof. It could use a few more pouches and/or pockets, but the ones it does have suffice. Not really impressed with the rubber-looking exterior coating, it seems pretty thin.
