When I first used it, I immediately noticed that my head had an odd but very slight sting and that when I ran my fingers through my hair, it came out MUCH more than the usual few strands. However, it left my hair feeling silkier and softer than I've ever felt before. Even my family members were amazed at how soft my hair was. That was an incentive for me to try again. Bad decision I just washed my hair again and rinsed it thoroughly and it's been 30 minutes and my scalp still feels like it's on fire. A lot of hair fell out again and that's only normal when I've been using heat products every day for months. I haven't heated my hair in a few months and unfortunately I seem to be allergic to it. I'll try again just to see if maybe it's hair I just never got out with my sulfate shampoo and brushes or something, but that seems unlikely. LEARN FROM ME: DO THE PATCH TEST BEFORE USE. I can't really blame the company for my negative reaction to the product but other than that I think this product would have been perfect and worth the money. I just wish I could get my money back as I can't really use the shampoo if I'm allergic.
