Everything. This is the best inexpensive instrument I have ever bought in my life. For many years my tongue was covered with a nasty white coating. Every visit to the dentist brings with it an ongoing offer of tongue cleaning. Em. I do. every time It does not matter. I feel like I must have some sort of abnormal postnasal drip or something that is making my tongue particularly difficult to clean. Enter this tongue scraper. When I got it, I probably scratched for about 10 minutes the first time I used it because the debris kept falling off. But after that, the constant grooming (3 passes every time I brushed my teeth) made my tongue rosier, thanks for being like this for so many years! It always washes the dirt off my tongue and keeps it on for a while. It's so easy to clean. Washing with soap is recommended, but this isn't even remotely necessary every time. I do this once a week. Other than that I just rinse it out in cold water and it doesn't get smelly or gross or anything like that. My tongue isn't the same as Gene Simmons, but it's at least a 100x improvement. BUY THAT. The best ratio of price and quality.
