The best thing is that we can manage our business from anywhere with an Internet connection. We are able to keep track of our clients by using their login details for each website they visit (for example Facebook). This really helps us to be more efficient since we don't have to go back home or office every time there's something important about one client. There isn’t anything I dislike at present but if you're looking for simplicity then it may not suit your requirements perfectly. It was good as far as managing my own sales team online goes; however, sometimes when trying to find out what has been done previously within hours/days before, nothing comes up which makes me feel like I am having to do extra work than necessary!
