- I'm not sure how long the battery life is but it's been at least 2-3 months with lots of hours of use per day (turn it off when I'm not using it) - I've had the mouse for at least 2 years now and it still works great in terms of clicks, scrolling and responsiveness. - The top has a matte texture and the rest is plastic. - The only negative I can think of is the size. I have small hands and ergonomically it's the perfect size, but my friend has medium/large hands and makes fun of it. The price is good, the sensor/response is good and I've never had a problem with it. mouse, so I definitely recommend it.
