The first image shows the bike sliding back along the arms. and leaned forward. It was partly our fault for not properly tightening the tube stops on the horizontal arms. The included strap to further protect the bike from slipping broke immediately; it was useless. The rubber bands that cover the frame tube/hold it to the supports are too weak for their purpose. If they were strong and secure (or better constructed with a metal fastener) the bike wouldn't slip at all. We felt compelled to stop at a hardware store to buy a chain or risk the bike slipping. Also the whole montage was more shaky than I wanted but not terrible. With the chains on, we were able to ride 2,000 miles without further incident.
