Much cheaper than dealer or locksmith

I was a little hesitant to order a car key online but after searching for the right key to work with my car's factory keyless entry system I decided to give it a go to attempt . I ordered a key and it arrived within 36 hours. I took it to Batteries Plus Bulbs and they cut it (no programming) for $20. I have already found online instructions to program it for my car to operate (needs two existing programmed keys to program a new one without dealer/locksmith assistance) and after doing the simple 1 minute Programming procedure followed, the new The key started the engine properly. In fact, programming the car's lock/unlock function without a key is a much more complicated process, but I managed it on the second try and everything works. And I saved at least $200 compared to traditional methods. I will not hesitate to buy a key from this seller again. Here are some tips to ensure a smooth process: 1. Make sure the FCC ID and serial number of the key you are purchasing match your existing key.2. There are shops that will make the key for you without asking a fortune. Think Ace, Home Depot, batteries plus lightbulbs, etc.3. Check the user manual. It may contain key programming instructions. Both new key programming and keyless entry programming instructions are printed right into the factory owner's manual (in my case a Ford Fiesta 2018). Don't try to program the key before you cut it. I am 100% satisfied with this key and the seller.
