Let me start by saying that I'm impressed with them. My wife and I bought them for a motorcycle trip. We were connected all the time. It takes about 10 hours there and another 8 hours back. Both times they didn't die. We charged them overnight after the first 10 hours of riding and didn't have to save battery power at all on the way back. We parted once between the alleys and tall buildings, and they parted for a minute, but as soon as she was a block away from me, the connection reconnected immediately. Highly recommend, especially for the price. The only negative is the intercom that connects to the helmet. It is very easy to jog for free. Had to reconnect the mount a couple of times by accidentally touching it and it came loose.
