You can't wire cables in the Land Rover roof hatch, it's physically impossible. I thought no problem, I'll find out how to do it. I dismantled the top hatch, ran the wiring as far as I could, about 1 foot before running out of space. Used videos about the UK Atlantic etc but you can't start the hidden log off period. There are posts on the Rover websites where people tape the wires from the inside, it looks awful. While this might seem like a neat way to add a backup camera to a rover, it's not. I took this to 4 different installers to see if they could figure it out but they all said no. The only way to do this with hidden wires on the rover is to mount one on the lower tailgate. There is enough space in the frame to lay the cables. But that requires a different camera. Either license plate frame or install at a local shop. Behind the license plate you need to make a hole for wiring.
