The best thing about payo is that it allows you to monitor your finances in real time, so no more guesswork or waiting for statements! I dislike how slow their support team can be sometimes when having questions answered (even just simple ones). Also they have very strict terms with regards to refunds if an issue arises during use of services. If used correctly this will not impact anyone negatively but there are situations where it could potentially do damage as well. It's much easier than using paper methodologies and saves me money by being able to view my account at any given moment without having to wait days/weeks between views like traditional methods would require. I like the ease of creating pay periods and paying employees. I also like the ability to keep track of hours and pay for vacation and sick days. I dislike the fact that sometimes you can't set a pay period to the last day of the month. I also dislike how Payo is not very intuitive for people who are not familiar with payroll. Try it out and see if it works for you. Payo makes it easy to pay employees and manage payroll. It also makes it easy to set pay periods to the last day of the month.
