I'm about 5ft 4in, 170in tall. Big bust. I received size XL. At all stop. It doesn't really have a structure. It was very loose even with adjustable straps. I don't think downsizing would have helped. I liked 2/3 of these so I'll leave that and see For more support you can just wear a black bikini top underneath.
