I used this to install a Eufy 2K Indoor Panoramic Camera in my large room. The Eufy camera has a base plate with a 1/4" threaded hole. First I attached the device to the wall with glue, which initially held the camera firmly to the wall. Unfortunately, the glue didn't fit and two days later it came loose the camera off the wall. I then used 1 1/2" screws to attach the base plate to the wall studs. The wall mount assembly instructions are blunt. Fortunately, the design is simple and intuitive. The location of the camera on the mounting stand is easy to set.
