Excellent product! I left frozen pumpkin roll overnight with three frozen compresses. I put an insulating sheet around the pumpkin roll, then packed the pumpkin roll in a box, pressed ice packs against the box and packed them in two sheets, covered with kraft paper and shipped. The pumpkin roll arrived frozen. It was a lot cheaper than the other options and more pliable for the size required. The thermal inserts worked very well and are a great economical choice!
