Perfect for Florida weather. Not too light and not too warm or heavy. This material is what I was looking for for daily recovery. The belt fastens at the back. It has a hanging loop and falls just below my knees. I'm 5'7, 140 and that's a small size. I'm not sure about shrinking yet.
