Cheerful T-shirt

I bought this for my grandson's 4th birthday - he loves it, it fits well (I bought 5 so he can wear it long). The only thing I wished was that the velcro patches (white) matched the color of the t-shirt (navy blue) so if he wanted to wear it without the cape there wouldn't be big white velcro patches on his shoulders.
