Review on InquisIT by Charlie Dillon

The support staff at Inqustit were very proactive in understanding my business needs as opposed their own training program which was excellent! I found they could be quick about getting things done but that sometimes took longer than expected (easing into new systems). Also - not sure how much this impacted our performance rating overall? But it certainly would have been higher had all of these issues remained unknown until after we entered production with them for another year or so afterwards!! They are fantastic when you need help setting up your software/hardware etc quickly without having any experience working within those environments themselves :) Definitely recommended. The ability to get work done faster than in the past and with fewer resources. As a business we are able to concentrate our efforts on solving problems for our customers rather than spending time on routine tasks. We have been very pleased with the efficiency of the team and their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that the customer's needs are met. I would highly recommend InquisIT! They have allowed us to focus on our core competencies while still providing support for legacy systems.
