If you have a Vstar 650 these are perfect replacements for the factory airbox. Remember that it is highly recommended to restart the carp! In my particular setup I removed 2 rear baffles, installed these pod filters and at 680ft above sea level I had to use 127.5 main jets and I'm sorry but I forgot which jets we used. The jet kit is from 6Sigma Racing. Combined with pod filters and a more open exhaust, it still feels slower than a stock 883 Harley! hahaha! Hey……….they are the way they are. But I feel better at mid revs in the 3000-5000rpm range.
