My 5 year old loves this toothbrush. I like the concept too. However, when my son first used it, he accidentally rotated the brush head and there was a metal part inside that rotates the brush. This looks extremely dangerous and could potentially lead to a serious accident. Because of this, I watch him like a hawk instead of letting him brush his own teeth.
