Some problems after two months of using DVD players. The connection cable from the main DVD player to another DVD player is defective. One of the headphones also failed. However, customer service provided me with a new connection cable and provided me with two additional headphones free of charge through Revain. My contact with customer service, Sicily, is excellent.
