I bought this tape to tape my feet with plantar furtsit. When I first started using it I was concerned that it wouldn't be sticky enough to stick well. It was a bit tricky to attach the first piece of tape (the one that goes around the foot from thumb to pinky toe, the piece I call the "anchor"). This piece fell off a bit and I had to gently slide it back into place. So I worried that this entry just wouldn't work. But once I had the rest of the tape, everything was perfect. It never came out. This provided great support. When I went to take it off I was glad that there was only a minimum of tape left on my foot. When I first learned how to do this type of taping I used another tape my friend had and that tape left a lot of mucus on my leg. It was frustrating to break up so I'm glad I found a band that doesn't but also holds up well and provides support. I've used it several times and can't complain.
