Rating Score: [Buy Today, Get One Day or Skip Every Day] Buy today, this memory foam pillow is the best kind of pillow. . I have a couple of these "My Pillow" pillows. Memory foam pillows are better. This pillow is comfortable and has a good shape. I recommend a silk or silk equivalent pillowcase. A silk or similar pillowcase dissipates the heat in some way. So the pillow does not heat up in summer. I don't think my old memory foam pillow got very hot. But I've noticed an improvement with an equivalent silk pillowcase over a regular cotton pillowcase.
