Review on 🧦 Darn Tough Tactical Boot Extra Cushion Sock: Superior Comfort and Durability for Tactical Footwear by Paul Evangelista

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent warm socks; Lifetime Warranty

Having purchased and used LL Bean Merino wool socks for over a decade and a half, I have been disappointed at how quickly they wear out. To make them last longer, I felted new wool in the heel and ball of the foot for about 5 years. In 2019 I decided to look elsewhere. Darn Tough Vermont Socks have become a real find. Especially for snowy and cold New England winters, the No. 4033 extra cushioning socks are warmer and more durable than the above. The longer lifespan is very true as all Darn Tough socks come with a lifetime guarantee! It's a bit ironic that I've lived in New England for many years and have never heard of this company. For the same money for a pair as LL Bean socks, I no longer have to buy a pair or two every year, be a step ahead of them, or spend an hour or two every fall hammering extra wool into worn areas so I can keep them can get an extra year or two from each couple. I've been wearing Darn Tough Vermont socks for 2 winters now. with complete satisfaction. Before I write reviews of such products, I use them for a long period of time. The first wave of amazement and the immediate 5-star rating cannot, at least in my opinion, result in a balanced and verified rating. On cold days in late fall and early spring, I found the Darn Tough #1982 Socks to be just as comfortable, warm enough, and no less satisfying. An added bonus is that the socks are made right here in the USA, in Vermont. This gives many jobs and keeps the money spent in our economy!
