Review on ProModel Optimization Suite by John Murphy

This software is very user friendly, I have been able to use it in less than 2 hours after installation. It has almost all of our needs for process improvement analysis. The only thing that we are missing is an option to create new templates from existing templates (like Excel). We can now analyze processes much faster than before with this tool, which makes us more efficient. So far there's nothing to dislike about this product. If you're looking into improving your business' efficiency by analyzing its processes then look no further because this program will help you do just that!
