My daughter suffers from anxiety and nail biting so we decided to try these spinner rings to distract her from nail biting. It worked like a charm! She spins these rings while wearing them and she's kicked her nail biting habit! We now have 3 different sizes/sets of these rings to fit different fingers for variety. I love that they are made of stainless steel - very pretty and hold up well to normal wear and use. Still looks new after months of wearing!
