I bought two of these and installed them in the paddock for our horses. Items attached easily to the fence and the water system works well. I also like that you can clean them. However, horses will not use them. I don't mean they can't. They stick their noses in the water and spit it out. And that's clean with clean water, the same water that filled their old big troughs. I do not know why. Perhaps the shell's material interacts with our water and the sun?
