Review on Theragun Mini 4th Generation: Powerful Portable Muscle Treatment Massage Gun by Karen Perez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Lots of power for a small device

I'm pleasantly surprised (shocked) at how well this little device does its job. I've been running a lot over the last few months and unfortunately I've found that my muscle recovery time isn't what it used to be. My daughter has a Theragun Pro and loves it so I decided to try the mini version - I've heard it's lighter and overall easier to use. The Theragun Mini is great for recovering from a hike and I don't feel any more uncomfortable sore muscles the next day. I've never tried percussion massagers, but I can say the intensity and benefits are easily comparable to a regular in-person massage session. I wanted to highlight a few big pluses in my opinion: 1. Easy to keep/manage. I was a little concerned that I would have trouble with hard spots on my back or that it would be clumsy/slippery but I had no issues with that. It's still well built and the frame doesn't feel cheap, but my arm doesn't get tired afterwards. 2. The battery life is more than acceptable - it takes about an hour to fully charge, which translates to about 2 hours of battery life. I typically do 8-10 minute sessions and I haven't noticed charging getting in the way at all. 3. Very quiet for its performance, it's big and sounds like an electric toothbrush. It's also really portable and comes with a soft protective case which I also keep it in. It's definitely a good device to start in the world of percussion massagers - it changed my feelings for the better.
