I sleep on my side and have wrinkles on my chest, which are becoming more and more noticeable. They used to disappear during the day, but lately they stay. I tried a similar product that was VERY expensive (before I found this one) that worked, but I couldn't afford to replace it when it lost its grip. Then I found her and I'm so happy. The package contains two parts with slightly different shapes, both work. They say you can use them up to 15 times each, and I believe that's true. In the morning I wash briefly with normal hand soap and set it aside to dry. They stay sticky like this for almost two weeks. They're relatively comfortable considering you're attaching a silicone pad to your breasts and are amazing for the price. I didn't notice any wrinkles after the first use. I couldn't be happier! FYI: I sleep in a bra and t-shirt because it's more comfortable for me and the pads stay in place all night.
