Review on USB Rechargeable Hyperlink Wireless Presentation Clicker Remote Control RF 2.4GHz For Keynote/Mac/PC/Laptop - DinoFire Green Light by Len Cooper

[EDIT] - it's now been over a year, and I just can't say enough great things about this remote presenter. I've purchased several more for my staff to use. At first I was skeptical about the rechargeable batteries. I thought I would have preferred regular batteries so I could always have spares. But the charge lasts so long, and the recharging time is so fast, that I'm now very happy this has rechargeable batteries. [END OF EDIT]OK, I’m impressed! Finally, a presenter with a PERFECT green laser pointer. We all know that a green laser is far more visible than a red one. And I’ve tried several presenters with green lasers, and to be blunt, the lasers totally sucked on all of them.There are only a couple things that could make this even better for what I personally would like. Don’t get me wrong. This thing is absolutely fantastic. It is so small and compact. REALLY comfortable in the hand. Not big and clunky like so many.What I personally would love to see is:- The buttons don’t stick up. (this was VERY simple to fix - give it a try yourself - see the photos below) In the dark, it’s just a little difficult to know where the buttons are, and which is which. So what I did was add some black epoxy to the middle button, which is the "advance slide", and most commonly used button (see photos below). So now when it's a dark room, my finger easily feels the advance button. And if I want to reverse, I just slide my thumb up to the reverse button. If I want the laser, I just slide my thumb down to the laser button. So now I don't even have to look at the presenter -- I can easily feel where I am.If you’ve been looking for a presenter with a green laser, and you have not found the perfect one yet, this is it! The size – it’s slender, feather-light and very comfortable in the hand. The wireless receiver is tiny, and fits into a recess in the remote presenter and is held in place magnetically. Very smart! The distance it will work is outstanding. And it’s not "line of sight”. You can easily be around a corner, and it works just as well.And the green laser pointer – is absolutely perfect. ALL of the others I’ve tried had very dim green laser pointers. Not nearly bright enough. This one is really nice and bright, but not so bright that it’s obtrusive to the eye.On this Ebay page it doesn’t list Windows 10, but I have a new laptop with Windows 10, and it works perfectly. HINT TO DINOFIRE COMPANY – you should update this. You don’t list Windows 10, so I almost didn’t buy it. But really glad I did. Thanks for making a great little presenter.
