I needed something for my little one to sleep on my travels. She is 2.5 years old, just under 3 feet tall and weighs 31 pounds. She hasn't figured out how to get out of her crib or through the baby gate so I figured it would work knowing a travel cot, normal play area and folding crib wouldn't work. She tried to swing her leg over it and couldn't reach it even when she pulled herself up and she's strong. She could sit comfortably or stretch out in her sleep. (See photos.) She sleeps with 2 books, 5 stuffed animals and assorted blankets and sleeps like a champ every night. In the photo with the arrow pointing to her head, she is stretched out on her back. On the other she sits and reads her book. You will definitely need padding as the underside sits squarely to the ground with little to no padding. We bought a sleeping bag and added extra blankets for her. She knows how to zip, so we pushed him against the wall and didn't point it out. It was a bit bigger than I imagined, so it worked out really well! When folded, it is not too big and in a carrying bag it is very easy to take with you on trips. READ THE OPENING AND LOCKING INSTRUCTIONS. It's not difficult on our own, but it would be easier if two of us completed it at the same time. I have already recommended this to several people who travel a lot like us.
