It's hard to remove the case. Of course, it should be tight, but it's so tight that you have to press hard, and sometimes your finger slips off and even the phone falls. It's just normal use but if you drop it the plastic around the phone itself will actually break so they're very cheap not durable they look great they're horrible it's happened to two of my phones and one phone became a lot little used, I'm very dissatisfied, it cost me a lot of money and now I have to order a new case again, this will be my third. I very rarely complain that it's just rubbish. I'm a referee and mediator and I try to remain neutral, but this upsets me a lot because if the clippers hadn't broken I wouldn't have answered the phone.
