Although HE3D claims to be the industry leader in 3D printers and additive manufacturing products, their customer support is far from ideal. Despite their cutting-edge technology and excellent products, their customer service team's lack of help and assistance was very disappointing. As a frequent client, I had a number of questions and concerns that weren't promptly and effectively resolved. HE3D may become a fantastic online retailer if they work to better their customer service. I would suggest that prospective customers seek elsewhere until that time.
