The fans aren't bad, they're pretty quiet at full speed and move enough air. The material is cheap, you notice that when you hold a fan in your hand. They appear to be lightweight, and when it comes to computer case fans, they're not very good. My biggest concern is how they are packaged for shipping. I've added a video (sound on) to show what I mean. During the shipping process, the package will be tossed with the fans, which is normal for anything shipped with UPS or FedEx. If fans can move around the box and crash into each other, how can you expect them to be unharmed? The funny thing is that this could be avoided very easily by putting some kind of cardboard on top. We're talking fractions of a penny to solve this simple problem. For this reason I am disappointed with this brand "uphere". However, I paid just over $4 for the fan after tax, it's still a good price here and it's hard not to recommend it despite the inadequate packaging.
