I got this for Christmas and have used it maybe 6 times. To this day, I only use it to cut thin design paper for postcards. I tried to cut 4 sheets at a time, the blade hung on the guide and wouldn't go any further (cut from top to bottom. When I cut from bottom to top it seems normal). Today I tried to cut 1 sheet of the Neenah Solar Crest 110lb Cover and the blade got stuck in 3 different places along the way. Like there are chips in the caterpillar that won't let the blade roll smoothly, but I don't see anything wrong with the caterpillar. worked fine, while it worked, but you could find something much better for around the same price. * My friend had an old version of this trimmer and used it for many years! She eventually replaced it as the blade was no longer self-sharpening.
