There are 12 snake heads on the strap and they are adjustable so you can get them into the position you want with a little fiddling. The snakes are attached to the headband with a black nylon cloth that is wrapped around the band and the body of the snake. It feels smooth but makes the strap slippery on your head and you have to be careful with your movements. The group is desperate to slide back. It's lightweight and the headband isn't too tight and you can even wear it over a wig. The snakes look fake enough not to be too scary, but real enough to look good. Great for Halloween, a throwback party or just to see if everyone is awake at work.
