My cat won't scratch it. If I give him enough catnip, she will lay on him or play with him. But what she really wants is catnip, not a scratch. For me this is almost the wrong choice. I wouldn't have to pay $19 for something to put catnip on. Editor: There are probably individual differences between cats and their scratching preferences. I'm sure it depends on several factors including what the cat is used to as a kitten and possibly the texture or other characteristic of the scratching post. I adopted my cat when he was 2.5 years old and probably the breeder had more. as a vertical cat tree. Anyway, my cat didn't want to scratch this one. . But I came back to revise my assessment because there is something very positive about a company that understands pets and their owners and is committed to building a trusting relationship with their customers. I received a surprisingly positive response from PetFusion Customer Service. They cared about the customer experience and made it an important part of their reputation. For such excellent attitude and service I have to give them 5 stars! They did it right for me. So I know that if I buy from them again I can rest assured that I am completely satisfied with my purchase. In the end everything will work out.
