My reading glasses are small and fit loosely in this case. While the suitcase is upright, i.e. everything is fine in the shirt pocket. However, if placed in a purse or other situation where the case could tip over, the glasses will slip out. Using thicker piping around the body opening would have made this easier, as would a compression open construction. That being said, the case's outer surface feels slippery rather than rubbery, and the interior lining is in good condition.
