I only got the backpack yesterday so haven't had a chance to use it but it looks solid, well made, probably waterproof, professional (not for camping) and safe. laptop pillow. So why the low rating? I was looking for a laptop backpack under $30 that was the closest to the dimensions of my regular free airline personal item (16 x 15 x 7 inches). In this promotional photo of the backpack, it was shown as 17 x 13.5 x 7 inches, but it's actually smaller: 16" x 11.3" x 5" seam to seam. True, it can be packed and stretched , say in width but this will reduce its thickness I'll probably go back and look for another one.
